It's Okay to Take a Break

Have you ever felt stressed, unsure, or simply tired? You may be missing a well-deserved break! According to the Department of Health (2021), at least 3.6 million Filipinos are affected by some mental distress such as anxiety and eating disorders. You may, or may not be part of the figure, but nevertheless, what's important to us is that more people are aware of the present health issues commonly ignored by many. We, Zeph's Battalion, hope to be of help by providing you with ways to alleviate mental stress, and have a more positive outlook in life. We want people to know that it is okay to seek help and that people actively look out for them when they feel unsure, tired, and hopeless.


Remember, mental health is health. Do not be too hard on yourself — take a break and have some time for yourself from time to time! #InfographicShareLoveShareHope
